The Bellavista Hotel, on the north-west coast of the Island of Elba, is situated at Sant'Andrea, one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of the island and enjoys a beautiful view over the sea. The hotel, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty of the typical mediterranean countryside, is absolutely ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
From the garden, or from the balconies, you can admire breathtaking sunsets refracting over the mountains of Corsica in the distance and, on a clear day it is possible to see the islands of Capraia and Gorgona and even the coastline of mainland Tuscany.
Over a small footpath departing directly from the hotel, you can reach the famous cliffs called "Le Marine"; here in its rocky inlets and creeks you can enjoy the sun and the sea in absolute tranquillity. The "Formiche della Zanca" (La Zanca's Ants) can be seen from here: these are three semi-submerged rocks where you can often observe shoals of local mediterranean fishes, crabs and other typical sea fauna of this part of the world.
The Bellavista Hotel also offers its guests the service of a little bar, a television lounge, private parking and a place for motorcycles and mountain bikes.The hotel's cuisine is mainly based on fish. The dining room of the hotel is in a panoramic position, overlooking the gulf of Sant'Andrea. Our customers are offered typical Elban dishes accompanied by a selection of the local Elban wines.
